Recently I posted a video online entitled “…leading the blind”. It was a fun idea, and I enjoyed putting it together, but what suprised me was the reception of the video. Two different people pointed out that they had been emergency dispatchers at one point, and they said my caller was actually similar to some of the people who called in.
